Recently, we had the chance to enjoy a three day workshop on project management to further strengthen our team spirit and to make us fit for our upcoming R&D projects.
Our trainer, Dr Stefan Fleck, a certified senior project manager and authorised training partner of GPM/ IPMA gave us fruitful input and food for thought.
